DKH School Council

Our school council will be reintroducing play leaders positions for playtime and lunchtime. Play Leaders are a group of caring children who have been trained to organise activities for other children on the playground.

They encourage children to join in games and to extend their friendships. The leadership skills that they have been taught will also help to raise self-esteem, self -confidence and encourage physical activity. There will be play leader positions available in years 3 to 6.

Children who are interested will be asked to complete an application and attend an interview. The application and interview process will be led by our school council and supported by Mr Newman.
