It’s a beautiful Tuesday morning here at Grove Primary School, which means it’s Reception Classes time at our very own Forest School!
Children are able to explore the outdoor environment and ask questions. They are provided with encouragement to find answers and extend their thinking. The natural environment provides lots of opportunity for children to explore and find out more. The children are encouraged to explore all aspects of the natural world.
We explored the habitat and searched for mini beasts and ended our session with hot chocolate to keep us warm! We took some pictures of our Forest School children enjoying some outdoor learning fun, which can be seen in the gallery below. Please click on the thumbnails for a larger view.
