Grove Science Ambassadors

At Grove Primary School, we are lucky to have a Science Ambassador representative for each class from Year 1 to Year 6. Our Science Ambassadors will play an important role in the promotion and development of Science across the school.

Science Ambassadors responsibilities:

  • Attending meetings to discuss the ways we can improve Science.
  • Volunteering at the school’s Science events.
  • Assisting the class teacher when setting up Science lessons.
  • Be responsible for the Science Working Wall in the classroom; ensuring it is up to date and clearly organised.
  • Be involved in organising competitions and assemblies
  • Carry out pupil voice interviews about Science
  • Keeping an electronic journal to record the Science that takes place in their class
  • Planning exciting whole school Science events, competitions and assemblies
  • Engaging families in Science events and challenges.
