What a spectacular end to the week we have had here at Grove Primary School as we all enjoyed International Day 2026.
As part of Black History Month, children and staff have all dressed to impress in their cultural outfits, created some fabulous artwork, which was on display in our lunch hall. Oh and lets not forget the delicious food from around the world prepared by our amazing parents! How talented you all are.
The celebrations got underway with a carnival style parade around the school with whistles blowing, flags flying, and the children looking amazing in their traditional dress.
We took some pictures of our fabulous day, which can be seen in the gallery below. Please click on the thumbnails for a larger view. May we take this opportunity to thank our amazing parents for the delicious food. Our event would not have been complete without your support.
Have a great weekend everyone and Happy International Day!
