This week we have been celebrating Art Week! A huge thank you to our Art, DT and Music Lead Ms Marie Kelly-Roberts for organising a fantastic week of Art activities.
Last week, Year 5’s got a head start by going on a trip to see some street art with a local artist and created some artwork together. This week started off with some brilliant workshops Ms Kelly-Roberts taught for Year 5 and Year 1.
On Tuesday, our Art Ambassadors also led an assembly for the whole school! Artist Susan Rendell led workshops with children from Reception to Year 6 to create silk screen prints. These will be hung up within our school for all to see!
On Thursday, all parents were welcome for our annual Big Draw where everyone created artwork to fill our school playground!
