Last week, our School Council came up with some names for our adopted penguin. Each class then had the opportunity to choose from these names. The votes are in- our penguin is called Coco!
Then, on Thursday, our Year 6’s and School Councillors had the first opportunity to see our new penguin! Live from the South African sanctuary, we were able to meet Coco and learn about his journey to the sanctuary! The rest of the school will have the opportunity to meet Coco soon!
